I must write a big thank you to Dr. Fichman and his amazing team. I truly did not expect to feel so safe and calm throughout this process. Dr. Fichman was patient and pleasant, explained everything clearly and made sure I never felt pressured or alone. I felt that I had someone I could rely on. And Galit, Ina and Sivan, there are no words. They supported me throughout the entire way, answered every question, even my many questions, reassured me, encouraged me, and were simply there for me.
